A Key design feature is allowing padding that equals that of adult gloves but reducing hand compartment size to allow for smaller and still growing hands. The Sizing therefore is still measured 10 - 16 ounce however we recommend the lower sizes for smaller youth fighters.

This can work alongside other sports, to increase fitness and conditioning.
Availability: Monday to Thursday 6am - 4pm Friday to Saturday and 8am- 3pm Fridays.
On your first session you will receive a set of boxing bandages to help with wrist and hand support. I will show you how to put them on. I also provide the gloves for your one to one. You can buy a pair as well. 12oz to 16oz. My policy or goal is that nobody gets hurt, including myself :)
I have also trained on the Pro cut man course, which shows many different variations for wrapping hands.
The location for your one to one can vary, its up to you. Ideally you will come to the gym in Loughborough. But I can home visit and train you there, if you have a home gym or an appropriate area. I can come to your place of work, if there is a relevant training area, some work places have gyms or a local parks depending on the weather of coarse. Prices will vary if I have to travel.
Its important that you don’t worry. I am not expecting you to know the how to box or even know the basics, that why you are asking me to train you. I have experienced people who have booked a session and then talked themselves out of it on the day.
So no matter what your level is, you get an understanding friendly coach, with a world class service and expertise.
